MINI & MIGHTY MITES

The Mini-Mite and Mighty-Mites programs are specially designed for your little ones, ages 4-6, as 3-week or 6-week multiweek sessions.  Program includes either three or six consecutive visits (either three days in a row with our Holiday sessions, or three or six Saturdays or Sundays), all-day lessons with the same instructor, lift tickets, and rentals if needed.  Skiers only.

Mini-Mites includes daycare for the littlest skiers, ages 4-6.  Drop off participants at Snoplay Daycare  at the bottom floor of Lodge 2 between 9:00 and 9:30am.  Rental gear will be waiting for the students, and their instructor with get them suited up and ready for their lesson.  The first on-snow lesson session of the day is from 10:00 to 11:30am.  11:30 to 1:00pm is lunch, which is included in the price of the program, and quiet time.  Your child’s instructor will suit and boot them for the afternoon session, which runs from 1:00 to 2:30pm.  You may pick up your child at Daycare any time between 2:30 and 4:00pm. 

Total on-snow lesson time is three hours.  Class size is 3 to 4 students per instructor.  Participants must not be in diapers.  Students often benefit from a private lesson prior to the start of the session.  Remember to write your child’s name on all ski clothes and equipment.  Include slippers or sandals to wear in daycare.

Mini-Mites:

Mighty-Mites is for skiers 5 or 6 years old.  This program does not include Daycare or the suit and boot service.  Lesson times are from 10:00 to 11:30am and 1:00 to 2:30pm.  Check in at the Lodge 2 ticket window on the far left with a snowman sign that says “Multiweek Lesson Check-In” to get your child’s lift ticket and lesson card.  Students should assemble in the Learning Area at the bottom of Chair 5 fifteen minutes prior to lesson start time.

Total on-snow lesson time is three and a half hours.  Class size is 5 to 6 students per instructor.  Levels I, II, III, & IV available.  Be sure to specify the ability level of your child.

MINI-MITE & MIGHTY-MITE MULTI-WEEK SESSIONS

Registration deadline is the Wednesday before the start of the session. 

If your child misses the first day of any session, he or she will automatically be moved to the next available session.

No cash refunds.  Credits are only good for season issued.

Need Rentals?

Getting pre-fit for rentals has never been easier!  Pre-fit rentals are available to those who have already pre-paid for the session.  Stop at Sports Creel in the Valley on Pines & Sprague, Wintersport at the top of the Division St. hill, or the Alpine Haus on the South Hill to sign paperwork and get pre-fit for your gear.  When you get to the mountain your child’s gear will be waiting for you!  It is important that you take care of your rental paperwork on or before the Wednesday before the start of your session.  Rentals processed after the cutoff time will use our own rental shop services and risk missing part of the morning session.
