Although it wasn’t actually the first snowfall of the season on Mt. Spokane, we received a healthy 2.5″ of snow yesterday and through the night, blanketing the mountain in a beautiful coat of white. Everything is looking just as it should on the mountain again - white, that is.

With a few more snowfalls like that, we’ll be able to break out the rock skis and have some fun!

As you can probably tell from the recent lack of blog posts, we have been very busy this summer and early fall getting the mountain ready for business. Opening day will be here sooner than later (and hopefully as early as Thanksgiving weekend, if we get enough snow; otherwise our scheduled opening day is December 5th), so get those boards and skis out of the closet, make a trip to your local shop to get your equipment tuned up in time for first tracks, and bookmark our blog for the most up-to-date news, happenings, and insider info - much, much more to come!
