Hello Again Mt. Spokane Skiers and Riders,
The Bad News:
We are continuing to be challenged by warm weather patterns this week, and unfortunately will not be open this weekend.
The Good News:
Next week’s forecast looks promising with temperatures coming down and lots of precipitation coming our way in the form of snow! Plus the long range forecast looks very promising! Many forecast models were calling for a La Nina weather pattern throughout late summer and fall, but that has changed now to a solid Neutral Pattern, or “La Nada”. The Pacific Northwest sees some of its biggest storms on Neutral Years.
We will see what this next week brings us and hopefully we will start turning the lifts next week! Stay Tuned!
