Join the Team at Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park

Each year, Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard hires nearly 300 seasonal employees for a variety of positions from rental technicians, guest services, ski instructors, food and beverage workers, and more. Our goal is to provide exceptional mountain experiences for our guests, employees, and community. We do so by embracing authenticity, celebrating our differences, and finding ways we can all connect through our shared passion for the mountain.

College students, parents, high school students, retired individuals—it takes all kinds of people to keep the mountain running. Our season usually begins around Thanksgiving weekend and runs through the second week in April, depending on weather and snow conditions. At Mt. Spokane, all employees are eligible for a complimentary season pass, as well as other discounts on the mountain. The Ski Exchange Program allows our employees to ski or ride for free or at a greatly reduced rate at participating areas. We hire for both day and night shifts. Part-time & full-time positions available.
