Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Full payment is expected at the time of enrollment. If you request to cancel your class enrollment 14 days or more days prior to the start of camp, you may receive a refund, credit, or you may choose to transfer to another session, if available. Requests made less than two weeks prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit. No credits or pro-rated credits will be issued for missed days of camp or class due to illness, partial attendance, behavior issues, or any other reason. If the program is canceled by Mt. Spokane, you will be given the choice of a credit or a refund, pro-rated to the number of days affected. We may choose to cancel for any reason including weather, smoke, pandemic, or other conditions out of our control.

Camp Waiver/Medical Forms

Each camper must have a parent or guardian sign an online camp liability waiver prior to start of camp. Please communicate any special medical needs or medication on our medical form. These will include, but are not limited to, any medical or behavioral diagnoses that may affect your child’s experience at camp. By providing this information, you are providing our staff with the knowledge and ability to provide the best care possible for your child. Please note that there will be no nurse/doctor on-call at Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park. Campers that have medication’s while at camp will need to be responsible for them.

Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures

Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures

Campers must be dropped off within 30 minutes of the start of camp and signed-out within 30 minutes of the end of camp. Adults authorized to pick-up children (including parents) will be required to show identification at pick-up. 24-hour notification is needed for late drop-off or early pick-up if the event has been pre-planned. A phone call to the Outdoor Recreation Manager in the case of unexpected absence or schedule changes is required. We will offer mountain bike storage for those who want to leave their bike for the duration of camp.

Workspace for Parents

We know it's a bit of a commute to the mountain each day. We will have a workspace set up for parents if you would like to bring a book or work from your laptop while your kiddo participates in camp. There is public wifi available. Bar or concessions are not available so pack a lunch! You're welcome to hike and enjoy the outdoors! We do ask parents not to distract campers by staying away from camper activities. Dogs are not allowed in the lodges or any indoor public spaces. Dogs are allowed on State Park trails but must be on a leash at all times.

Carpooling

We know that some parents will have extra seats in their car when driving to camp this summer, and that others may be looking for rides. While we do not provide transportation to and from camp, we CAN help you find each other! Below is a link to a website called Group Carpool, that helps coordinate people looking for rides with drivers with extra seats.
