Season Pass

Refund Insurance

$45

Mt. Spokane will not refund or rollover season passes for any reason. Season pass insurance covers you if an unforeseen injury, illness, pregnancy, or relocation prevents you from using your pass for the current season, including off-season injuries.

When the appropriate documentation, from doctor or employer, you will receive a refund of 100% of the purchase price of your unused season pass minus the insurance fee. If the pass was used, a pro-rated refund will be given depending on the number of days utilized.

Insurance allows you to extend the refund to immediate family members who have been affected, i.e. children, as long as the insurance has been purchased on their season passes also. Insurance must be purchased at the time of pass purchase and cannot be added later.

All documentation and requests for refunds must be presented by the last day in February.

Season Pass FAQ's

  • How do I purchase a season pass?

The best way to purchase your pass is online. You will be required to create an account with a unique password. Your online account will allow you to purchase products, book lessons, upload pass photos, and load money to your pass for on-mountain purchases. If you have questions or would prefer to purchase over the phone, please call 509-238-2220 or email guestservices@mtspokane.com.

  • Where do I sign a Liability Waiver?

An online liability waiver must be signed online prior to pass distribution. Parents must sign for children under 18. Each adult must sign individually. You may also sign a waiver at a pass pick-up event or at the mountain on your first day of skiing. Your pass will not be printed until your waiver is signed.

  • When do I get my pass?

We have pass pick-up events through October. Watch for fun in-person pass pick-up events both in town and on the mountain. In order for us to print and distribute your pass, your account must be complete with a digital photo and a signed Release of Liability Waiver. If we don't see you at an in-person pick-up event, we'll mail your pass in November or see you at the mountain when the season opens.

  • How do I qualify for the College/Military Season Pass?

A College Pass is available to full-time students (currently taking 12 undergraduate or 8 graduate credits). You must present proof of your current credits when picking up your College Pass along with your current student I.D. card. The Military Pass is available to Active or Retired Duty military personnel. Current ID MUST be presented to receive season pass.

  • What’s included with a midweek pass?

Midweek passes are valid on any open day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. NOT VALID DURING HOLIDAY STRETCH (DEC 21–JAN 5, MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY, AND PRESIDENT'S DAY

VALID SATURDAY & SUNDAYS STARTING MARCH 15, 2025.

  • How much is a child pass?

A child pass (6 & under) is a $35 non-refundable processing fee.  Child passes provide added convenience over daily lift tickets. Proof of age is required prior to pass distribution.

  • How many days are included with a season pass?

Every winter season is different. Depending on snow levels, we may open as early as Thanksgiving, or it can be well into December for the first ski day. We do not guarantee the length of any ski season. Mt. Spokane reserves the right to alter the operating schedule as needed. All products purchased for a given season expire at the end of April.

  • What if my pass is lost or stolen?

You must report a lost or stolen pass. Please contact the Snow Sports office at 509.238.2220 ext 0 or email us at guestservices@mtspokane.com. We will inactivate a lost pass and print you a new pass.

  • Can someone else use my season pass?

No other person may ever use your season pass. It is clearly stated all season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE, meaning the season pass product can only be used by the designated individual from the date of purchase. Any person caught loaning or swapping passes will have their pass voided with no refunds. A person caught using the pass will be required to purchase a season pass at full price.

  • Is a season pass refundable?

Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Mt. Spokane will not refund or rollover season passes for any reason.  A season pass offers substantial savings with some risk involved as there is no guarantee that the weather will cooperate. Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park makes no warranties with respect to the duration of the season. There will be no refunds or transfers due to lack of snow or the length of the season.

Season Pass Insurance may be purchased online with your season pass. Refund Insurance allows refunds under some circumstances such as relocation or injury. There are no refunds or transfers without season pass insurance.

Manage Your Online Account

When purchasing your pass online, you will create a unique online account, using your email and password. This online account will be your portal for all upcoming purchases including lessons, lift tickets, and more. You can also upload a photo for your season pass by choosing "Manage Members" in the upper right corner under "My Account".
