Refund Insurance
$45
Mt. Spokane will not refund or rollover season passes for any reason. Season pass insurance covers you if an unforeseen injury, illness, pregnancy, or relocation prevents you from using your pass for the current season, including off-season injuries.
When the appropriate documentation, from doctor or employer, you will receive a refund of 100% of the purchase price of your unused season pass minus the insurance fee. If the pass was used, a pro-rated refund will be given depending on the number of days utilized.
Insurance allows you to extend the refund to immediate family members who have been affected, i.e. children, as long as the insurance has been purchased on their season passes also. Insurance must be purchased at the time of pass purchase and cannot be added later.
All documentation and requests for refunds must be presented by the last day in February.

We’re making it easier than ever to secure your season pass with our flexible payment plan option. This plan allows you to lock in your pass today and spread the cost across manageable monthly payments—no interest, no extra fees, just convenience.
How It Works:
When you choose the payment plan at checkout, your total pass price will be divided into equal monthly payments—ending October 1. Your first payment is processed immediately at the time of checkout, and the remaining payments will be automatically charged on the first of each month. All payment plans are structured to be paid in full by October 1, just in time for the winter season.
- Payment is automatically deducted from the card you use at checkout on the first of each month.
- Passes must be paid in full before they can be picked up or mailed.
- Payment plans are available for all pass types.
- There are no refunds, even if the pass is not paid in full.
- Payment plans are only available starting June 1 (not valid on spring pricing).
Does my season pass cost more this way?
No. There is no interest, finance charge, or any hidden fees.
How can I change my credit card on file?
If you credit card changes during the payment schedule, just call Guest Services at 509-238-2220 ext. 0 to update your card information.
How many months will it take to pay for my pass this way?
This is an automatic monthly payment plan. The total number of payments and the duration in months will vary based on the time of purchase of your season pass. All passes must be paid in full on October 1.
The sooner you purchase your pass, the lower your monthly payment will be. An initial charge will be applied at the time of purchase, followed by equal monthly payments on the 1st of each month until the pass is fully paid by October 1. Please note that payment plans are not available for spring purchases made before May 31.
All season passes and payments are non-refundable. Your season pass will only be issued once the final payment is made. If the balance is not settled, all payments and the season pass will be forfeited.
Season-Long Lockers at Lodge 1
$199 For Winter Season
Seasonal Lockers are located on the bottom floor of Lodge 1.
We have brand new season-long locker rentals available in Lodge 1 for the winter season! Enjoy the ease of slope-side locker storage at Lodge 1, conveniently located just steps away from Vista Cruiser Chairlift. You can also easily shuttle from Lodge 1 to Lodge 2.
Each locker is 15"x15"x7' allowing for approximately 3–4 pairs of skis. We have a total of 36 lockers available. Currently, there are no seasonal lockers available at Lodge 2.

Manage Your Online Account
When purchasing your pass online, you will create a unique online account, using your email and password. This online account will be your portal for all upcoming purchases including lessons, lift tickets, and more. You can also upload a photo for your season pass by choosing "Manage Members" in the upper right corner under "My Account".
