General Policies

  • Season Pass Refunds

    Season Pass Refunds

Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  A season pass offers substantial savings with some risk involved as there is no guarantee that the weather will cooperate. Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park makes no warranties with respect to the duration of the season. There will be no refunds or transfers due to lack of snow, length of the season, or if you are unable to use your pass during the operating season.

Season Pass Insurance ($40) may be purchased online with your season pass. Refund Insurance allows refunds under some circumstances such as relocation, pregnancy, or injury. There are no refunds or transfers without season pass insurance.

  • Lift Ticket Refund/Reschedule Policy

Refunds/Reschedule - Lift tickets sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket only good for day scheduled. If a situation arises that you cannot use your lift ticket on the scheduled day, please contact Guest Services with at least 24-hours notice to reschedule. You may not reschedule a ticket day-of or after the scheduled day has passed. Unused tickets will be forfeited. Valid for this winter season only.

Reprinting Ticket Policy - The Ticket Office DOES NOT reprint lost lift tickets. Tickets must be attached via individual wicket to outside jacket or pants and be visible to Ticket Checkers. If a ticket is lost, the guest must come back to the Ticket Office and purchase another ticket.

    Release of Liability

The purchaser or user of lift tickets or season passes assumes and understands that skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing are hazardous sports, that bare spots, variations in snow, ice, and terrain along with bumps, moguls, stumps, forest growth, debris, and rocks and many other hazards or obstacles, both natural and man-made, as well as changing weather conditions, exist within Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park. In using the ticket, and skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the area, such dangers are recognized and accepted whether they marked or unmarked. The skier, snowboarder, or snow tuber realizes that falls and collisions do occur and injuries or death may result, and therefore assumes the burden of skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing under control at all times. The ticket user Releases, Indemnifies, and Holds Harmless Mt Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park, Mt. Spokane 2000, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, directors, shareholders, and agents from all claims, liabilities, or cost of injuries or damages arising from the use of this ticket or the facilities to the fullest extend allowed by law. Fraudulent use or violation of any policy, skier responsibility code, area signs, and behavior notices, as well as any Federal, State, or local laws, while on Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park property will result in ticket revocation, as well as penalties or fines. Use of this ticket gives Mt. Spokane 2000 the right to use any photos taken by Mt. Spokane Staff or Agents in any media of their choosing.

  • Unexpected Closures/Weather

    Weather Closures

Weather events do happen and Mt. Spokane Ski & Snowboard Park reserves to close the park without notice in events that may cause safety events for our guests. This could include wind, extreme cold, power outage, or more. In that case, we will refund pre-purchased lift tickets or lessons scheduled if we cannot reschedule. Always check out mountain conditions reports before heading to the mountain.

    Weather Policy (if Open)

We do not refund lift tickets due to weather conditions (such as fog, cold, rain, etc.) A guest may return to the Ticket Office within one hour of getting their ticket and reschedule their ticket for another day. There are no refunds on lift tickets due to the weather.

  • Ski School/Lessons Refunds

All lessons are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. This includes, but is not limited to, Multiweeks, Group Lessons, Event Days, Camps, and Private Lessons.

Group lessons must be booked in advance. We stop taking online reservations 48-hours prior to the upcoming lesson day. Book early. Often lessons are full seven or more days in advance. Private lessons should be booked in advance. We will fill a private or group lesson day-of if it is available—but it cannot be guaranteed.

In the event you or your children are unable to take their private or group lesson at the scheduled time, you can either transfer it to a different day or take a credit towards another lesson package within the same season. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Credits are not given for no-shows or no calls, less than 24-hours.

    • If you choose not to participate in a lesson that is made available to you, you forfeit the purchase.
    • In the event that Mt. Spokane cancels a pre-scheduled lesson, we will reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.
    • For our multiweek participants who miss class, we offer a makeup day later in the season. There is no refund for the missed class.
  • Revoked Tickets and Season Passes

Mt. Spokane can void and revoke season passes and lift tickets in the case of fraudulent use, disrespectful actions, or unsafe or unlawful behaviors. No refunds will be issued.
